Yeah, listening to the analysis last night, these feel more like topics to be discussed in an interview/deposition. Similar to what you would see if you were going to depose a “person most qualified/knowledgeable” for a corporate entity. It’s also standard practice for a good attorney to create a list like this so they can get the most out of the testimony.

I’ve no doubt this came from Trump’s team because every fucking leak comes from Trump’s team. Mueller has a team of professionals who know how to keep quiet while prosecuting a case. Trump’s team is, and always has been, more concerned with winning the media narrative… which is hard to do when your client is constantly saying stupid shit in public that undermines your ability to properly defend the case.
