Let me see if I can clarify this for myself, and you help me out. The left is/was better at keeping their loons packed away in the closet right… right?

I’ve been told over and over by the left that they don’t have any loons.

Oh, I’d certainly count the Code Pinkers, International ANSWERs and all those giant puppeteers among the Left’s lunatic fringe, with special status granted to Cindy Sheehan as Queen of the Doofuses. Not to mention John Conyers and his mock “war crimes” trials held in the basement of the Congressional Office Building, Cynthia “Boom Boom” McKinney and Bill “Cold Cash” Jefferson, just to name a few who traded their bizarre Leftist tirades for votes. I don’t know where anyone could get off saying the Left hasn’t had these problems.

To me, the current tsunami of bullshit washing over the right is nothing more than a repeat of what’s gone before, on the other side of the aisle. The GOP just hasn’t gotten it out of it’s system and under control yet. And it’s looking as though it’ll take at least as long for the GOP to lock it’s retarded cousins in the back room as it did for the Dems, maybe longer.

But I don’t see it as at all unique.
