I really don’t like Chinese American food

But if a Chinese restaurant is requested, I’ll go & order the pu pu platter if they have it, or a combination of appetizers.

It’s all good man.

When I was a kid, we would have a Chinese Night at home when Mom would heat up a double can of La Choy or Chun King canned Chow Mein, Mom would open a can or Chow Mein noodles and make a pot of Minute Rice. I thought that was real Chinese food until we went to an actual Chinese restaurant. DAMN! Made me think of Plato talking about the folks in the cave…
