I know this has been posted already but it has to be looked at even more. The travel ban on Chad and their subsequent action of pulling troops out of the fight in Niger against Boko Haram. Article was Oct. 13. States they’ve been pulling troops out the past 2 weeks. That lines up with the ambush on our guys right smack dab of the middle of it.
