So I just dropped pancake batter into way too much hot oil…and between the deep-fryer sounds and the ghee soaking into the batter disc I’m fairly certain I just made an Indian dessert.

Man, I haven’t done normal breakfast food in a long time.

those kinds of kitchen accidents are sometimes the very best kind.
