let’s not go fully hyperbolic here. The supreme court isn’t saying a mandate wouldn’t be a good idea. They’re saying OSHA is not the body that should do this. It should be congress. The fact that congress is beached on a rocky desert island at the moment isn’t really the court’s concern.

The constitution is not a suicide pact.
