I owned a retail store for 20 years, and I had the right to refuse service to anyone, of any race, gender or sexual orientation and did on occasion. I was not allowed to do that based on just the above. Asshole customers come in all flavors.

Okay ,, NOW curious minds want to know

A) what kind of retail?
B) what were the circumstances of the refusal

(I understand if someone tried to come in with no shirt/ no shoes ,, ESPECIALLY if there was food involved ,,thats a given)
