Six Sigma.

Often seen as Total Quality Management. Which is a process wherein management gets the workforce together to put themselves out of a job with ever-improving efficiencies.

It even has a song (usually sung out of the hearing of the bosses):

Dr. Deming saved Japan!
Total Quality!
We can do it, yes we can!
Total Quality!

I see. Hmmmm, I usually walk out of meeting like that. I come from the old school of management.
