The way this issue is exploited is disgusting. But the issue itself - rape by immigrants from the more “patriarchal” states - may be true. In Moscow 50% of rapes in the 1st half of 2011 were committed by immigrants, mostly illegals. In 2008 it was 70%. Obviously, the immigrants are not necessarily Muslim and the victims are not necessarily “white women”. But most immigrants in Moscow (esp. illegals) do come from the more patriarchal societies.

So patriarchal societies are more sexually repressed?
