Not to mention the fact that one thing Weimar-Republic-era Germans feared and hated as much as Communism was the notion of armed gangs of civilians (especially the “wrong kind” of civilians) running around disturbing public order. How does Ben Carson think the Nazis got their original support, anyway?

Just goes to show that Dr, Carson’s knowledge of history is about as solid as his grasp of economics.
