I’ve been monitoring the reaction over at FR, and they seem quite convinced that the Supreme Court will rule in favor of SSM, most likely a 5-4 decision in favor of SSM.

Kennedy is the key vote, and he’s been anti-discrimination in the past. I think it’ll be a positive judgment, but I also suspect they’ll narrow the scope of it so it doesn’t legalize SSM nationwide…one of those something for everyone verdicts.
