re: #624 The 1SGEven though carry in NYC will never happen, I have to admit, the idea of eight million gun-ignorant New Yorkers being allowed to legally carry handguns frightens me. I’m thinking, like, weekly double-digit body counts from negligent discharges… If there was to be a blanket federal CHL, it would need to come with big fat training subsidies for the left coast city dwellers! Yeesh.
