It’s easy to believe that people don’t know about it, as in it’s not even on their radar. Because I was one of those people up until a few years ago.

And and many people who are aware of it whether left or right just don’t really understand it or the mass of history behind it, that informs any conversation. It’s one of the things that makes conversations about Israel in general really difficult sometimes.
