IMHO opnion , the best pizza on Earth is the White Pizza.
Instead of red sauce you use oil & garlic on a moderately thin crust.
Ground Italian sausage liberally distributed with gobs of mozerella,bake at 450 on a pizza stone until crisp.
May I suggest a brave little vintage beer to accompany the feast?
