“Laws” aren’t the problem, it’s the very broad discretionary powers that agencies like the EPA are given. Try looking up what us right-wing nutters describe as the “administrative state”.
Obamacare is the perfect example; a lot of the wording consists of phrases like “the secretary shall..”, and then go on to give a presidential appointee huge discretionary powers. One example being waivers from some of the requirements of Obamacare. If the government has the power to grant waivers, it also has the power to withhold waivers - in other words, it can arbitrarily impose costs on a private business, or exempt a private business from those costs.

So once again this is all about something that “maybe could possibly” happen and not an actual current complaint. Right…I’m sure they will get right on to persecuting you, just for fun, just as soon as they have seized all the guns and locked up all the Christians in the FEMA camps. I imagine they will be rather busy with that to start the new term out, but I’m sure they will get to you eventually.
