Qwest. The same company as CenturyLink (my telephone company). Every once in a while CenturyLink decides they need to kill my Internet service whether I want it dead or not. Sometimes it will be out for a couple days.

Hey at least we have touch-tone service here now. (We’ve actually had it for a while but I didn’t know. I don’t see the need to replace my dial telephone though, it works fine.) We did get 911 service in 2011. (The card the county distributed is still on the wall by my telephone stand… .)

Yep. One and the same. I still call them Qwest even thought they changed their name. What irks me is I pay a premium for a fiber optic connection and the speed just isn’t what I expected. May fall back to standard ADSL and save a few bucks.
