Interesting polling information from my county -

The turnout for the Presidential election was 50%. We had partial mail voting then (some precincts had it and others didn’t).

After that, the state passed a law saying any county with fewer than 10,000 could request mail voting for the whole county. Ours did.

The turnout for the just-completed midterm was 71%.

Statewide the turnout was a bit over 50%.

As of yet, I still don’t know how the county canvassing board meeting went last night. There is no reporting in the local media about the village board election.
