Panhandle cases are accellerating, especially in my county. The site was down yesterday.

Total tests: 5,400 (5.6% positive)
Women are two-thirds of cases; women are blue on the chart, men are pink.
Most by age: 10-19 (53), then 20-29 (51)
Deaths: 3 (+1, Scott’s Bluff County)
