Men like this guy don’t want to do that, because sex is about 1) power and 2) their own pleasure. They like the thrill, the risk of impregnating a woman, of her fate being in his control, and many men complain that intercourse is less pleasurable when wearing a condom. Note that nowhere in here is any mention of the rights of the woman not to be impregnated.

If I ruled the world, men with that attitude would never have sex, ever.
