The flowers don’t taste like much to me, although they’re pretty.

The leaves are nice and peppery.

Yeah the flowers are more for show and letting them charge 12 bucks for a small plate of salad. :)

My favorite flowers are chive and red clover. Chive flowers are really spicy and they flavor and look great in something like a potato salad. Clover if you get them at the right time they taste sweet, like a mild honey flavor.
