Kind of strange that the Sheriff announced they have pictures of a 2nd guy at the scene who is not a shooter, but is suspicious enough to want to find the guy, but yet, he doesn’t release a picture of the guy for the public’s help. Is it possible this 50-something guy is well known to the Sheriff’s office (a member of a local Tea Party chapter? A guess!) and they’re protecting him? The Sheriff said the 2nd guy is not a shooter. Weird!

Apparently, releasing any of his identity would compromise the investigation. I don’t know the reason.

Why would the Sheriff protect criminals and then turn around and make such a strong condemnation of his own state? He was against the immigration law, also.

In Arizona, Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, who has been a cop for 52 years, says it will definitely lead to racial profiling. He told local TV station KGUN9 that the law is “racist,” “digusting,” and “unnecessary,” and he won’t enforce it.
