My basic framework is just about exactly his size. (I even have small hands.) When I weigh 239, I’ve got a ways to go, but I don’t look bad at all. He weighs well over 300, maybe 350. Believe me, I know what I’m talking about.

I hate fat-shaming, but this is lie-shaming.
