I think that’s a necessity for a full recovery. Otherwise, feelings of being temptresses and of heading to hell if they don’t forgive the bad brother won’t go away.

Unfortunately the only way they’re leaving that family is by choice. Hell some of them may even want to leave but may not feel they have anywhere they can go. Someone on here was mentioning that one of the sisters wanted to move to New York and Jim Bob forbade it and then I think she said D.C or something and they were willing to allow that if Josh moved in with her and she immediately changed her mind.
