Hah, he’s visibly sweating at the end. Never heard of the hot chicken trend… Interesting.
I’ve had buldak at a Korean place in HEB area of DFW that was about a 9 on my personal burn-o-meter, and my friend who had lived & worked in Korea said it was about a 5 for him, so on an international scale I’m pretty weak when it comes to burning chicken. :/
