They still have the idiocy that gun nuts call “Constitutional Carry”. That is the fantasy that the 2nd Amendment _prohibits_ licensing of weapons in any form and has been pushed hard in regard to concealed carry. Wiki says: “As of 23 March 2017, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas[disputed], Idaho (residents only), Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Dakota (residents only; concealed carry only),[8] Vermont, West Virginia[9] and Wyoming (residents only) do not require a permit to carry a loaded concealed firearm for any person of age who is not prohibited from owning a firearm”

Too many states and too many nuts.

I have no particular problem with carry - sometimes it really is needed. But licensing and training must be mandatory.
