As I understand it, the $695 can only be collected out of withholding. It can’t be like a bill to be collected. Republicans saw to that. So fly as much as you like, just keep your quarterly payments at the bare minimum.

According to TaxAct, as I was working my way through the forms, the $695 was listed as tax due. It’s a moot point, since I am exempt.
