not really. evangelicals do this all the time, to everybody. when i die as a practicing episcopalian, somebody on my Facebook page from the evangelical community will be silently praying that i was saved at the end. had someone i rather liked in high school reconnect with me on facebook last week. their first question to me on messenger was if i’d been saved. yes, i told him. lifelong episcopalian. things went downhill from there, so i ended our facebook renewal.
