Glenn Beck is nuts.

He is a mixed bag, but certainly less nuts tham people such as Olbermann.

And let’s say the organizers have said some nuts things (I do not know - I have not followed all that they have said). If we agree on the central message of the Tea Parties (to defend the constitution against Obama’s incursion of it), then why is there animosity against them?

Put another way, we live in a large country of 300 million citizens, and a worldwide population of billions. Is some random crazy spouting crap at a small meeting really that big a deal in the grand scheme of things?

Iran’s nuclear program went operational yesterday, as the world dithers, hems, and haws. Are there not larger issues at stake, rather than the random rantings of an unknown idiot without any power to implement anything at this Tea Party meeting?
