Why?

Because they’re all pro-state jurists. As long as it doesn’t come down to a contest of who has the power, the people or the federal government, they’re fine. The left side of the jurists will vote for individual rights, as long as it doesn’t conflict with a perceived federal power and the same with the right side of the aisle in regards to property rights.

I don’t have an answer to fix it, just complaints. grumble/grumble.
