Haha. I remember David Duke’s campaign for governor in Louisiana. People there were so determined to keep him the hell out of office they voted for a man they KNEW was a thoroughly corrupt crook instead.

It’s not even that - I believe “Vote for the crook, it’s important” appeared in real ads.
