I think it’s fair game. The 450K was part of this deal. It can easily be taken off the table for new tax cuts. Why would Republicans object to tax cuts for those making 250K and less?

Apparently according to Josh Marshall, there’s even some Senate Democrats who are resistant to setting the cut-off at $250K.
