Everyone who earns 133% of the poverty level or less will be eligible for Medicaid.

Doctors can still refuse to accept Medicaid patients.

I wonder if the Government offered a big tax cut for any Doctor that carries 20% of Medicaid patients.. Would that be a motivation to accommodate another 30 million people?
Heck if anybody deserves a refund tax check it’s the Doctors.
