See my #357 above. They’ll focus on the U-6 rather than U-3 figure, but the trends are all working against the GOP; the unemployment figures are improving.

A slow, but steady improvement is bad news for the GOP. Right now, their only “hope” is that Europe or China collapses and the shockwave carries over to here.
