I’m a little confused. Are we talking about Arab or Muslim states?

I’m specifically referring to the Arab states that directly surround Israel and would be party to negotiations to resolve the Palestinian conflict. Egypt, Jordan, Syria specifically. But mostly Egypt in the context of my earlier comment.
