So, I’ve been listening a bit to the Keepin’ It 1600 podcast lately, one of the things that they mentioned in passing is that the public polls aren’t as good as the internal polls that the campaigns have. The theory is mostly based on the idea that new agencies don’t have the funds to run polls like they did in the old days, and that many of the pollsters that have popped up recently have less than ideal methodology. This got me thinking that a better way of determining the state of the race, especially this late, is how the campaigns are allocating resources. So, where are Clinton and Trump campaigns spending money on GOTV efforts? (My guess is that Trump hasn’t quite figured that out)

Also, not entirely unrelated, I actually saw a TV ad this weekend for Trump, in Los Angeles, during a football game. That seems like a complete waste of money, no?
