This makes sense if you’re the kinda guy (which Don is) who bought into all that ‘09-‘10 bullshit about how Obama “had a majority and pissed it away.” The kinda guy who believes that a party having a majority means they can rule by fiat. He doesn’t quite get that the current bill is such a steaming turd that Sen. Yertle is gonna have to spend a significant chunk of those Trumpcare “savings” to win over enough votes just to reach 50. So the idea that he can get to 50 by promising a total repeal, which would mean fucking over WAY more than 22 million Americans, is bugfuck insane to a degree that I don’t think most Americans comprehend.

But, I think we have to remember that the man just learned today that South Korea is a major trade partner with the US.
