How negative can Romney really go against the bog monster? I mean, Newt’s body is primarily made up of rotting vegetation and old railroad ties, it’ll just absorb whatever dirt Romney’s PACs throw at him and feast on it.

The Ging was damageable when there were other viable non-Romney’s running, but now he’s down to Santorum and Paul, one a disgusting joke and the other a demonic goblin that aims to steal the GOP’s firstborn unless they can correctly guess his real name. With Romney finding it almost impossible to break through his 30% ceiling he may be well and truly fucked.

I hope this does drag on as long as possible though. Because next to facing Gingrich the best outcome is if Romney solidifies the nomination after a long hellish battle, only by winning delegates in states like California, Vermont & Washington which the GOP can’t win in the general, and Virginia where Newt won’t be on the ballot.
