Agreed- tough penalties- really tough penalties, maybe with mandatory sentencing if the bullying leads to death or other trauma.

The question becomes how can you find the bullies without a law to expose them? Tough penalties is a great talking point, but useless without being able to know who the bullies are there is no way to bring them to justice.

I have personally been the victim of this sort of bullying. I really don’t think that these cowards would be able to act this way if they know they were not protected by being anonymous. There is nothing in Free Speech that suggests it should be anonymous.
