If shoes were simply things to cover your feet and protect them from the elements, everybody would own 2-3 pairs and they would be priced according to what it cost to manufacture them.

But they are more than that to some of us. Enough of us to make it an industry and a way of life.

I have difficult to fit feet. Even worse when I was little. There was usually one shoe that would fit me every year when my parents too me to the “special” shoe store.

So, now that I can buy at normal stores, I want every pair …
