or became Democrats or part of Democratic administration. I remember meeting Secretary Hagel when he was still a Republican senator and he had just five years prior been considered as a VP for GW Bush. Obama makes him his defense sec and all of sudden he’s a Hamas sympathizer.

I always like Hagel—considered him one of the few honorable Republicans back in the day. I must have either sent him a letter or an email at some point, because I ended up on his Christmas card list for several years—and was not in his state.

And yeah, as soon as Obama liked him, he suddenly had cooties as far as the Republicans were concerned. And none of them were more hypocritical and full of shit than the Make Believe Maverick, McCain.
