Not only are Ohio’s 16 districts disproportionate, they are very entrenched. In 2012, only 2 races were within 10%. In 2014: 0. 2016: 0. 2018: 2.

This entire thread is kind of depressing. Ohio is entrenched to the point of write-off territory for at least another 10 years it seems like. It’s a miracle someone like Sherrod Brown managed to win there it feels like. Especially how much the state seems to adore Portman too.
