I was thinking that someone needs to announce a primary challenge for Neal specifically over his refusal to collect all evidence.

I’m wondering if Neal is holding this back until the courts rule on their right to get taxes. It’s critical that the House establishes that they have the absolute right to these tax returns. After all, a judicial ruling established that this is an important precedent that would apply everywhere and not just to New York residents.
