Interesting you put it like that, a “pathological subculture.” If we had a family in a town, and they taught their children things like this, and the family caused trouble for those living nearby, I don’t think any story the family could tell would prevent the parents from being arrested and the children put in child protective services.

But, when the Pali’s do it, the world doesn’t even bat an eye. It doesn’t get mentioned by the UN, the MSN, the EU or really anyone.

Problem, yep.
