No you don’t. As am American, you only go somewhere in Haiti in armored SUV’s with some of the finest Devil Dog’s guarding you. Flying in to PAP blew my mind. The south coast of the northern claw of Haiti has multimillion dollar compounds while the city of PAP is one big shantytown. 1% of the people there have 99% of the money.
