And I don’t buy this sexist angle either. Certainly, there is sexism in the political system. But if there had been a male candidate with the same ridiculous view on sexuality and morality as O’Donnell, this sort of story would have come out too. Again, for a normal person, this kind of story is nothing. Wow, a single woman got naked with, and made out with a single guy.

But for the people pretending to be the moral compass of America, who have provided some of the most insane quotes on sexuality in recent memory, this sort of story is something.

Still incredibly sleazy, and the guy is definitely an asshole, but it still is something.
