The skiing industry is waaaaaaaaaaaay too powerful to mess with. A ski resort practically has to hunt down and shove a skier off a cliff in Colorado before any negligence is found.

Ah, but this is not Colorado. This is NJ we’re talking about, and the number of ski areas has dwindled. Right now, I can think of only three - Campgaw, Hidden Valley, and Mountain Creek (formerly Vernon Valley/Great Gorge)
