That is why, when someone serving their country is caught in it, they can be prosecuted under the UCMJ.

It provides some serious leverage for nefarious motives.

Moreover, it places the spouse, partner, or significant other at risk for disease, etc.

And we all know there is never any fraternization going on..urh…. cough ..? Sitting around with some of the Officers who were on active duty for along time, I almost piss in my pants hearing some of the stories.
