Good grief. Don’t you understand that protocol is an essential tool in conducting foreign policy so as to keep the waters smooth, the eyebrows un-arched?

i can only hope he sits down with some persians, crosses his leg and inadvertently shows them the bottom of his shoe. or maybe touching and arab with his “unclean” hand.
