Comcast’s direct cable is worth every cent of the cost, for me anyway

It has to be around 40 bucks a month. Grrrr. I hate this thing.

She said, wait 4 hours. I don’t know if it’s back up but my UHP was just failing. But 4 hours? I told her it’s been like this since midnight and all I heard was breathing on the other end of the line.

This was after being on hold for 30 minutes.
