Lights flickering even more—probably close to losing power.

Still not that windy or rainy where I am, but they’re saying 50 mph winds at the beach 1/2 a mile away.

And high tide is 1/2 an hour away.

You might want to consider unplugging your computers/electronics/appliances for now.
That power flickering can damage them.
